Frequently asked questions
YOU MAKE JUST TWO styles of bouquet - WHY?
Think of our core range as being akin to restaurant’s specials menu - we are the experts with the best ingredients, so let us treat and surprise you!
We source only the best seasonal flowers, so each week every bouquet that leaves our workshop will be different from the previous week as seasons and availability change. We have narrowed down our bouquet styles to two distinct overarching principles - and we know we can always do something spectacular based on them.
WHAT IS The Cloud bouquet? What flowers CAN I EXPECT?
This is the relaxed, elegant, classic bouquet which has been our signature style since the company’s inception - if you’ve ordered from us before, a gorgeous and seasonal version of this will be what you received. The Cloud bouquet will always include avalanche roses in white, pink or blush pink, or oriental lilies - we will then include other seasonal flower varieties like astrantia, snapdragons, peonies, fox gloves and larkspur. Examples can be seen here.
WHAT IS THE RIOT OF COLOUR bouquet? What flowers CAN I EXPECT?
Our latest addition, these are our more adventurous bouquets with bright colours and unusual varieties front and centre. The Riot Of Colour bouquet varies wildly from week to week - examples can be seen here and in the past have included bouquets of sunflowers, yellow roses, ammi and germini, or pink lilies, allium, limonium, pink snapdragons and bloom chrysanthemums.
I’d like something bespoke and unique - what can I do?
Then The Masters bouquet is perfect for you - discuss your requirements with us and we’ll design the perfect bouquet for you. Previous examples can be seen here.
HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?
Delivery is included as part of the price of your bouquet!
What are your nationwide bouquet delivery days?
Our carbon-neutral courier delivers each Wednesday and Thursday. Around Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Easter and Christmas we offer additional delivery days.
What if the recipient is not in to receive the flowers?
If the recipient is unavailable, our courier always attempts to leave the flowers in either a safe place or with a neighbour - if you have any specific directions or notes, please add these on checkout. Due to the nature of delivering a perishable product, our bouquets must be delivered on the first attempt.
Can I pick up MY bouquet from the workshop?
Yes! Please email hello@rosecotswoldflowers.co.uk to arrange.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes! We hand deliver bouquets within a 5 mile radius of the workshop Tuesday to Friday, or 5 miles of any of our Super Stockists across the Cotswolds every Tuesday and Thursday. Please email hello@rosecotswoldflowers.co.uk to discuss any requirements.
